Top Carpooling and Ridesharing Apps on Android in Israel: Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the carpooling and ridesharing app market in Israel saw varied performances among the top five apps on the Android platform. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps exhibited distinct trends in weekly downloads and active user engagement.

Bolt: Request a Ride experienced a fluctuating pattern in downloads, starting strong with over 4K weekly downloads, peaking at 4.6K in mid-April, and then tapering off to around 1.6K by late June. Active users started at approximately 7.5K, surged to 18.6K in early June, but dropped significantly by the end of the quarter.

Gett- Corporate Ground Travel maintained a consistent increase in downloads, starting from about 2.5K in early April and reaching nearly 3.8K by the end of June. The active user base showed a similar upward trend, peaking at over 132K in early June before settling at around 93K.

Uber - Request a ride saw a decline in downloads, beginning at 3.2K and decreasing to below 1K by late June. Active users fluctuated, initially rising to over 16K, then experiencing a drop, and finally stabilizing around 13K.

GoTo Shared Mobility had relatively stable download numbers, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching 2.5K. However, no active user data was available for this period.

Yango: taxi, food, delivery displayed a modest download rate, peaking at 759 downloads in early June. Revenue showed a gradual decline from $166 to $101 weekly throughout the quarter, while active users started at 19.8K and decreased to 14.9K.
